In the last 7 years I've been building multiple web apps from scratch using React & Redux, APIs with Ruby / NodeJS / Firebase, mobile apps with React Native and scratched the surface on the DevOps side.
Experience
► Assisted with the implementation of an open-source UI React component library, based on company's UI/UX design system. This library of reusable React components will be used in all the frontend projects.
► Estimated and developed features on 2 React projects (one of them was started from scratch), based on UI/UX specifications
► Worked on a frontend project built only with ES6, Javascript Lodash Templates and Bootstrap. Objective is to slowly move it to React.
Javascript (React):
► Improved the front-end of a Rails application that has large user base and high availability, by migrating it to a React/Redux app.
► Developed features for the React app, that was integrated in other ERPs using iframe. Created profiles for the ERPs that helped them customize the React appearance.
► Some of the libraries used: redux-form, react-bootstrap, redux-thunk. Webpack custom config. Tested components with jest
Ruby:
► Developed features for a Rails app and a Ruby API
► Made and maintained an internal gem that served as a REST API client for Crowdin translation tool
► automated tasks for virtual machines in Hyper-V, using PowerShell scripts and cmdlets, within Windows Server 2012
► made Shell scripts for different Linux distributions
► basic knowledge of OpenStack environment
► made unit tests in C/C++ for some image processing kernels used on mobile devices
